The estate is capped at 864 individual title properties, with services already installed to 734 stands and nearly 500 homes have been completed. The estate is thoughtfully designed with a network of green spaces and dams connecting the various phases of the development. Interconnecting pathways form a network of interesting walking trails along the perimeter of the various estate dams and through the five hectare Renosterveld conservation area.

Amenities

The estate has a large clubhouse providing various sport facilities, hospitality offerings as well as administrative and meeting facilities.
